Best Western Plus Addis Ababa

The location is perfect: 7 to 9 minutes from Bole international airport. The free shuttle to and from airport (every full hour) is a plus. There are a good choice of malls, restaurants, cafes and clubs all within walk able range. A few supermarkets are close by too. Service is 10 out of 10 - from check in, to room service - everything was prompt and easy. Breakfast options are good and I think most people would be satisfied. The breakfast are itself is spacious and well lit. You can sit by the windows and get some morning sun. The restaurant and lounge bar downstairs offers a very decent range of food, very fairly priced and the quality is good. The rooms are carpeted so it gives a cozy feeling. The housekeeping is good. The general manager is always around personally ensuring things are run well - that is a very appreciated aspect.

Everything about this stay greatly exceeded my expectations. The driver who picked me up at the airport was very welcoming, helpful and professional. I accidently left belongings on the bench at the airport and he graciously drove me back to retrieve them (they were where I left them!). The front desk and check in process was very welcoming. The room was superb. The restaurant adjoining the hotel served a wonderful dinner. The buffet breakfast was incredible and had a very wide selection. The general manager spoke to everyone. I would come back to this one.

Everything! I was blown away by the service, the welcome, the facilities, the location, the breakfast, the food, everything. I had some specific requests as a breastfeeding/pumping new mother, and the team went out of their way in advance and during my stay to meet my needs, and were lovely and natural about it. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and quiet even if the road outside is quite loud. The breakfast was amazing and varied, I couldn't eat everything I wanted to as there were too many options! I tried the restaurant, the gym and even the baked goods, and everything was on point.

The staff and service was amazing! The food in the 1.st floor restaurant was excellent. I can recommend eating there instead of ordering from room service. My room was an accessible room in the 9th floor and it was just great. Breakfast was more like a proper meal than a breakfast; as I don't eat much in the morning the breakfast price was very high. Saying that the breakfast had a lots of choices and was excellent and good quality as well.
