Everything about this stay greatly exceeded my expectations. The driver who picked me up at the airport was very welcoming, helpful and professional. I accidently left belongings on the bench at the airport and he graciously drove me back to retrieve them (they were where I left them!). The front desk and check in process was very welcoming. The room was superb. The restaurant adjoining the hotel served a wonderful dinner. The buffet breakfast was incredible and had a very wide selection. The general manager spoke to everyone. I would come back to this one.

Everything! I was blown away by the service, the welcome, the facilities, the location, the breakfast, the food, everything. I had some specific requests as a breastfeeding/pumping new mother, and the team went out of their way in advance and during my stay to meet my needs, and were lovely and natural about it. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and quiet even if the road outside is quite loud. The breakfast was amazing and varied, I couldn't eat everything I wanted to as there were too many options! I tried the restaurant, the gym and even the baked goods, and everything was on point.

The hotel is beautiful, tidy, clean and close to all necessities, close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets I thank all the staff at the hotel, starting with the lovely, classy and polite female receptionist with a lovely smile, as well as all the staff on the evening shift. I thank them very much for standing by my side when I got sick, so they treated me directly and took me to the hospital, and did not leave me until after they examined my situation and treated me and I returned with them to the hotel. I thank them all.... I realize that this hotel is my second home..... Thank you very much.....
